Overview
GoFindStuff LLC respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This page explains how to submit a notice and how to respond if you believe content was removed in error.
Submitting a takedown notice
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., the URL or the listing ID).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Knowingly making false claims of infringement may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
