Which plan is right for my business?
Pro ($10/month) covers up to 25 active boxes — enough for a small stockroom or a contractor's trailer. Business ($50/month) covers up to 100 active boxes for larger storage. Archived boxes never count toward the limit. Need more? Email hello@gofindstuff.com.
Can my staff use the same inventory?
Yes. On Pro and Business you can invite people by email to browse and search your inventory, read-only. Each person signs in with their own account — no shared passwords. Shared editing is on our roadmap.
How do the QR labels work?
Every box gets a unique GFS- serial number and a printable label with a QR code. Scan it with a phone to open that box's contents list. Hand-written serials work too — our scanner can read them.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Pro and Business include a CSV export of every box and item with quantities, condition and estimated value — handy for insurance, audits and accounting.
How do I pay and cancel?
Pay monthly by card through Stripe. Invoices are available in Plan & Billing. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid month and never lose your data.
