Billing questions
What counts as an active box?
Any box that isn't archived. Archive boxes you're not using — they stay searchable in your archive and never count toward your limit.
I joined during early access. What changes for me?
Nothing you need to do. Early-access accounts keep their original free plan — 10 active boxes with the AI assistant, sharing and CSV export — for free, permanently. You're never charged unless you choose Pro or Business yourself.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You keep your paid features until the end of the month you've paid for. After that, if you have more active boxes than your new plan allows, they all stay viewable — you just can't add new boxes until you archive some or upgrade again.
Can I switch between Pro and Business?
Yes, any time from Plan & Billing → Manage billing. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, billed monthly in USD. We never see or store your full card number. Receipts and invoices are available in Plan & Billing.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and won't renew. If something went wrong with a charge, email hello@gofindstuff.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes. iPhone and Android apps are in development and will be included with every plan. Until then, GoFindStuff works fully in your phone's browser.
